BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms
and conditions form part of your contract with us and are deemed to be
incorporated in such contract. You must read these conditions before
submitting a booking form.
The Contract; There is no legally binding contract
between us until you have properly completed signed and submitted to us,
the booking form and also paid to us the required deposit
Severability; If any part of the Booking Conditions
is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of the
Booking Conditions will not be affected but will remain valid and
enforceable. Contract
Law; Your contract with us is made subject to Greek law. All disputes
will be governed by Greek Law and will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.
Booking; In order to make a booking, you and all
members of your party must be over 18 years of age and you must complete
and submit an online Booking Form. By doing so, you will be deemed to
have accepted these Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and all the
members of your party.
Payment of Deposit and Balance;
Once we have received your Booking Form, we will
issue a Booking Confirmation. You are then required to pay a
non-refundable deposit of 150 EUR per person within seven days or the
confirmation is void. We
will then ask you to pay the remaining balance of the cost no later than
four weeks/28 days before the commencement of the
course/seminar/workshop that you have booked. If this is not received by
the due date, we will regard your booking as cancelled and you will
forfeit your deposit. If
you book a course four weeks/28 days or less before the date of
commencement, we will ask you to pay the full cost on receipt of your
booking form.
Comprehensive Travel Insurance; It is a condition of booking our courses
and activities that you have valid comprehensive travel insurance that
includes cover for the courses and activities in which you intend to
participate. Your
insurance policy must include cover for delayed departure, missed
departure and missed connections. You will be asked to supply details of
your insurance policy before you travel to Greece and before you are
allowed to take part in any of our courses or activities.
The Cost of Courses and Activities; We reserve the
right to amend the prices of any of the courses and activities shown on
this website and will advise you of any price changes before you book.
We will not alter or amend the prices once you have completed your
booking. All prices will be quoted in Euros
Cancellation by You; If you wish to cancel or alter
your booking, you must notify us immediately by email. If you cancel 28
days or more before the commencement of your course or activity, the
cancellation charge which we are entitled to make will be equal to the
deposit which you have paid. If cancellation is within 28 days of the
commencement of your course or activity, then the cancellation charge
will be 50% of the cost of the course or activity.
Alterations and Cancellations by
Us; We may cancel the booking at any time but will only do so after the
final balance has been paid, for reasons amounting to force majeure
outside our control ( for example natural disaster, inclement weather,
commencement of hostilities, political unrest, riots, strikes, disease
or other situation as might endanger the clients safety.In the case of
cancellation as a result of force majeure we will refund to you any
monies which you have paid to us by way of deposit and final balance and
such repayments shall be the extent of our liability to you arising from
the cancellation. Website
Descriptions; We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information on
this website is accurate. However, facilities and services can change,
and we reserve the right to change any description or price before you
book. Our descriptions are accurate according to our own evaluation. We
are not liable for any items of furniture or chattels, which appear in a
photograph but may have been changed or removed At certain times of the
year tavernas and shops may be closed and buses may not be running to a
full timetable. Such matters are not within our control and we accept no
liability in respect of them.
Passports, Visas and Other Documentation; You must
ensure that you comply with all applicable passport, visa and
immigration requirements and that you take all other necessary documents
(including medical declaration, driving licence, diving certification
and proof of insurance) with you on holiday. You are responsible for
checking all requirements before departure.
Your Behaviour & Conduct; You must ensure that you
do not do anything or permit to be done anything which may cause loss,
distress, injury or offence to any other person or damage to any
property. Where accommodation is included in the cost of your course or
activity, you must use, occupy and enjoy the accommodation with due care
and in a proper manner, without allowing the accommodation to become
unreasonably soiled. You must not remove any items, fixtures or fittings
from the accommodation or leave them outside at any time. You will be
responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any lost, broken or
damaged items, including lost keys (which could also include the cost of
changing the lock), and you must report all breakages and damage to us
before your departure. If you fail to discharge these responsibilities,
we will not be liable to you in any way and you will be responsible for
any additional costs or expenses whatsoever that you or we may incur.
