The ground floor is on two levels and comprises of a large kitchen and dining
area. The sitting area is on the upper elevated floor with doors leading out to
the verandas and patios with a superb view over the olive tree planted garden,
scented countryside and the unique views of the island of Zakynthos, the
Vrahionas and Scopos mountains and the upper hill of the castle, crowning the
town of Zakynthos.
The facility includes two bedrooms with two single beds in each room
,and the possibility of adding a third bed in the room. Included are one
spacious bathroom and one w.c. There is a double bedroom at a lower
level with a Jacuzzi. On the first floor is the painter’s large studio,
fully equipped for sculpturing as well. Here, the uniqueness of the
atmosphere, in combination with the painter’s own creations hanging on
the walls of the house give a dynamic feeling that allows each students
to further endeavor in the arts.
